Recipe: - Ingredients: active yeast, warm water, bread flour, kosher salt -Steps: Mix together the flour, salt and yeast, then add warm water and mix. The “dough” will be very wet and sloppy, not kneadable at all – this is what you want! Cover with cling wrap then place it in a warm place (25 – 30°C / 77 – 86°F) for 2 hours. We concluded that the items we had were mostly necessary and we couldn't really change the matter of the packaging ourselves due to this being an industry issue. In regard to my own trash collection, I noticed that there were many paper towels, napkins, and disposable plastic ware. In the future, I could turn turns more sustainable options and use towels, rags, and glassware. Lastly, Keegan gave good insight into our trash industry in the United States. He stated that the U.S. is first in trash production, yet does a v...
